SATA II(Serial ATA II)는 data 저장을 위한 SATA의 차세대기술이며, Point-to-Point 연결시 싱글 컨트럴러에서 Multiple port의 각 스토리지 디베이스간에 Full throughput을 제공해드립니다.
Adaptec SATA II는 기존의 1.5Gb/s(SATA I)에서 3Gb/s로 대역폭을 향상시켯습니다.
