AHA-2840A
The AHA-2840A host adapter combines the power of the Video Electronics Standards Association (VESA) local bus (VL-Bus) and Adaptec's SCSI technology to give you a potent combination of I/O performance and connectivity. VL-Bus takes advantage of a wider, faster pipeline between your system's CPU and peripheral devices. This adapter supports 8-bit SCSI via internal and external 50-pin connectors. No floppy support is available.
