Every Overland Storage Snap Server includes a standard hardware warranty and standard support for a limited period of time. To supplement this warranty, Overland Storage offers a variety of service plans for enhanced hardware and software support coverage, in addition to software updates and upgrades. Overland Storagealso offers annual service plans that can be utilized to accelerate hardware repairs with advanced parts replacement, next business-day onsite repair, or 4 hour response onsite repair. And you can choose from a range of contract periods – all levels of service can be purchased for an initial term of between one and five years, and renewed annually thereafter.

Standard Hardware Warranty A hardware warranty covers all Snap Servers, Snap Expansion units, and hard drives for a period of 3 years. Simply send us the failed part, and we will ship you the replacement part.

Standard Product Support Snap Server 110/210/410 storage systems receive complementary product support for 30 days. Other Snap Server storage systems and Snap Expansion units receive complementary product support for 90 days.

Bronze Service (phone support 24x7) Bronze Service is available as an annual contract. Bronze Service allows you to call our expert service technicians or email with questions about your product 24-hours a day, 7-days a week. Receive bug fixes and software upgrades for your product during the annual coverage period.

Copper Service (phone support 24x7, advanced parts replacement) Copper Service is available as an annual contract. It includes all of the services available in Bronze Service plus accelerated hardware repairs with advanced parts replacement. Advanced parts replacement is a process whereby Overland Storage ships replacement parts to your site prior to receiving the failed parts at our factory.

Silver Service (onsite 9x5) Silver Service is available as an annual contract. It provides the most cost-effective choice for onsite response. It includes all of the benefits of Copper Service plus next business day onsite hardware repair by a trained technician after troubleshooting during business hours, 8:00AM – 5:00PM, Monday – Friday, excluding holidays.

Gold Service (onsite 24x7x365) Gold Service is available as an annual contract. It provides the fastest onsite response and ultimate peace of mind for your most valuable data. It includes all of the benefits of Copper Service plus 4-hour response onsite parts replacement by a trained technician, after troubleshooting is performed, 24x7x365.

Supplemental Software Service Supplemental Software Service allows you to call our expert service technicians or email our ASK Us Email service with questions about your software product 24x7. Receive bug fixes, software updates, and software upgrades for the software product during the annual coverage period.
